Credits & billing
How credits, subscriptions, and payments work.
Burrak uses credits to meter the work your agents do. This keeps pricing fair: you pay for the inference and compute a task actually consumes, rather than a flat fee for capacity you might not use.
Pay-as-you-go credits
Credits are consumed as your agents work. You can top up credits whenever you need them, and your current balance is always visible on your dashboard.
Included credits
Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits as part of the subscription — $2 on Pro, $10 on Pro Plus, and $20 on Max. These are added automatically each billing cycle.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes are prorated against your existing subscription so you are charged fairly for the switch.
Managing billing
Manage your plan, payment method, invoices, and credit history from the billing area of your dashboard. Your transaction history shows exactly what was used.
